The Maharaja of Jeypore Estate was managing the Temple originally and after abolition of Estate in the year 1955, the Tahasildar, Rayagada was appointed as Managing Trustee and managed the Temple. The expenditure towards Puja and Festival were incurred from State Funds.
After enforcement of Odisha Endowment Act, nominated Trust Board was constituted keeping Tahasildar , Rayagada as Managing Trustee during the year 1968 Under the direct control of Endowment Commissioner, Odisha.
The nominated Trust Board was allowed to elect suitable person among them as Managing Trustee instead of nominated Managing Trustee by the addl. Assistant Endowment Commission, Berhampur vide Order No.948/6-M KPT Dt.04.05.2011.
The present nominated Trust Board of Maa Majhi Ghariani Temple has been constituted by the Additional Asst.Commissioner of Endowment , Berhampur vide Order No.1840-6-M-KPT Dated 27.09.2012U/S27 of the Act for a period of 2 years from the date of Order. The Trust Board has elected Sri Raisingh Bidika as its Managing Trustee in its first Meeting held on 04.12.2012 who is now in position.

(1) LANDED PROPERTIES OF THE TEMPLE
The Temple has been located over an area of Ac. 0.14 Cents recorded “Bijesthali” and surrounded from all sides by the lands belonging to Railways. Besides land to an extent of Ac.0.650 has been recorded in the name of the Deity as detailed below in Rayagada Mouza.

(3) PROPERTY REGISTER
The property Register of Maa Majhi Ghariani Temple has been prepared and submitted to the addl. Assistant Commissioner, Endowments, Berhampur in this office letter No.48/10 Dt.03.03.2010.
(4) BUDGET ESTIMATE
The Budget Estimate for the year 2012-2013 has been sent to Addl. Asst. Commissioner, Endowments, Berhampur in this office Letter No.144 Dt.30.05.2012 approval of which has also been received vide his order No.1190-6-M-KPT Dt.12.06.2012.
(6) The accounts of the Trust Board for the period from 2005-2006 to 2008-2009 (up to 14.08 to 31.12.08) have been audited. On receiving the audit report, compliance thereto has also been submitted to the Addl. Assistant Commissioner, Endowments, Berhampur in this office letter No.148 Dt.24.06.2009. Acceptance of which is awaited.
(7) All the registers prescribed under the O.H.R.E. Act, maintained have been produced before the Audit taken up for the years from 2005-2006 to 31.12.2008.
